This midcentury home in the suburbs of Minneapolis was in need of a little TLC. The owner asked Locus to come up with different options for a revamp of both the front entrance and back deck. I modeled the home’s roof planes and exterior walls in ArchiCAD in order to produce efficient, straightforward visualizations of potential improvements. Using Photoshop, I created these “quick and dirty” renderings to help the owner begin to conceptualize the direction they wanted to go with material and color.
