Given that both 82nd and Lyndale are very busy streets, it was imperative that the design of these homes reflected an understanding of street presence and noise mitigation. The site plan transformed over time as we worked to improve the human scale of the development, partially in response to feedback from neighbors and city officials. I produced the renderings shown and developed a significant majority of the preliminary site and floor plans for this project. I also participated in regular meetings with the developer, Bloomington city officials, and contractors.
